Refund policy

At Sangri Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality handmade spices, cold-pressed oils, and traditional food products. As we deal with food items, hygiene, safety, and freshness are our highest priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns : We accept returns only on the same day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised on the same day the product is delivered, and the product must be unused and in its original sealed condition. Products with opened seals are strictly non-returnable due to food safety and hygiene regulations. If the seal is opened, the product will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damaged or Tampered Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, tampered with, or incorrectly delivered, you must inform us on the same day of delivery. The email should include clear photos of the product, images of the damaged packaging, and complete order details. You may contact us at sangrifoods@gmail.com. After verification, our team will guide you through the return or resolution process.

Expired Products : In the rare case that a product is delivered past its expiry date, a full refund will be processed. No return of the product will be required in such cases. The refund will be initiated within 3 working days.

Refund Process : Refunds are processed only after the returned product is successfully received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 3 working days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Charges : If the return is due to damage, expiry, or an incorrect product, we will handle the resolution accordingly. However, if a customer wishes to return a product for any other reason, subject to approval, the return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Important Note : Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our offerings for all customers.
